Forks Over Knives is committed to facilitating a timely and secure delivery of your order. Please review the following shipping details based on the type of products you’ve purchased.

Please note: The US Postal Service has continued to suspend service to Canada as a result of the recent Canada Post strike. As a result, we have limited options for shipping items into Canada. Please use our shipping calculator in the checkout to get the most up-to-date shipping options and pricing for shipments going to Canada. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs apply to all orders of physical products and are calculated and displayed during your checkout, before you enter payment information.

Please use the shipping calculator provided in the shopping cart to see estimated shipping costs before checking out. 


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Shipping destinations:
    We offer shipping to the continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii, and Canada only. Print on demand items (totes and aprons) can only be shipped within the United States. We also offer digital magazines which are available to read almost instantly after they are purchased. Our friends in other countries enjoy this as an option for purchasing our magazines.

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
    If you don’t get a tracking number, please reach out to our support team at shop@forksoverknives.com.

  • Customs & Duties (for orders going to Canada):
    For international shipments, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Forks Over Knives.

  • Delivery:
    If your package tracking indicates that your order has been delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please allow one more business day for delivery. Carriers will sometimes mark an order as delivered due to logistical issues with delivery routes, the use of automated tracking systems that may update prematurely, or simply a scanning mistake by the mail carrier.

    Please reach out to our support team if delivery is delayed by more than 1 day, if your package seems to be "stuck" in transit, or if the estimated delivery time has passed without indication of delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND SHIPPING TIMES:

After your order is placed, the warehouse will process your order in a timely manner (see processing times below) and prepare it for shipping. Once it is ready to ship, the carrier will pick up the order and it will go into transit at that point. 

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but standard delivery for physical magazines, books, DVDs and BluRay discs takes approximately 2-7 business days after the order goes into transit. 

If you chose an expedited shipping option (overnight, 2-day, etc) please know that the shipping time begins when the order has been shipped and the carrier has possession of it. Not when the order is placed. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Common domestic carriers and delivery time estimates:

USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business days. AK and HI destinations may take longer.
USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days
UPS Ground 1-5 business days
UPS Second Day Air 2 business days - Saturday delivery may be available in some areas.
UPS Next Day Air Saver 1 business day

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA ONLY):

Print on demand items (totes and aprons) can only be shipped within the United States. All Canadian shipment times are estimates and can vary depending on destination and customs delays.

USPS First-Class Mail International  7-21 business days 
USPS Priority Mail International 6-10  business days
USPS Priority Mail Express International 3-5 business days


**Some international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Forks Over Knives is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

PHYSICAL MAGAZINES, BOOKS, DVDS & BLURAY DISCS

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.
    Business days for the warehouses are Monday - Friday.
    Orders are not processed or shipped on weekend days (Saturday/Sunday) or on US Bank Holidays.
    We do not offer same-day shipping.

  • You can expect a confirmation email when your item has been tendered to the carrier.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND BRANDED MERCHANDISE

  • Processing Time:
    Print-on-demand merchandise is custom-made upon order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
    We do not offer same-day shipping.

  • Shipping Time:
    Once your item has been produced, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the print facility's location (which could be outside the US or Canada), your location and the selected shipping method.

    Shipping rates and general transit times are provided during checkout before payment is required. Print on demand items (totes and aprons) can only be shipped within the United States.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that while we strive to meet all shipping timeframes, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

We do not have any visibility into the whereabouts of an in-transit order further than what the tracking information provides.
