REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Forks Over Knives, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our return policy based on the type of product you’ve purchased.

Please contact us if your order information (name, shipping address, etc.) needs to be modified. If your order has been accepted within our warehouse system and is being prepared for shipping, we may be unable to make changes.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Physical Magazines:

  • Physical magazine purchases are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable

Digital Magazines, Digital Guides & Digital Subscriptions:

  • Digital magazine issues, digital guides, and digital subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Digital magazine subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining issues. You will continue to receive the quarterly magazine issues until your subscription period ends. Your subscription will not auto-renew.

  • The terms of your digital subscription cannot be modified once the order is placed - including extending more issues than the 4 that are included or starting the subscription with a future issue.

Branded Merchandise:

  • All Forks Over Knives branded merchandise created using print-on-demand services is custom-made for each order. Therefore, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

    • Defective items

    • Incorrect printing or branding

    • Damaged goods upon delivery

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt to arrange a replacement.

Gift Cards

  • Gift card purchases are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.


RETURNABLE ITEMS

Cooking Courses

  • You can request a refund for a Cooking Course within 14 days after your purchase date. After that period, no refunds are provided, but you still can retain lifetime access to the course content.

We accept returns of books, DVDs, and BluRay discs under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

  • We do not offer paid shipping for returns (customer is responsible for return shipping fees)

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPORT AN ISSUE

For returnable items or issues with defective products, please reach out to our customer service team before sending back any items at shop@forksoverknives.com
Please include the following information:

  • Your 6-digit order number 

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the defective or damaged items

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number to include with your return.
Failure to include the authorization number will result in your return not being received.
For eligible items, refunds will be issued after the return is processed.
